It’s a PC app originally created by Eaton that allows the user to Enable/Disable Xam features of an Xbox 360 Development kit console. Doing so reduces memory usage and frees up address space which can then be used by custom plugins/modules.

It’s a console based app that allows the user to do the same as above but without the need for a PC and Xbox Neighborhood.
